At Camp O-AT-KA our staff is our greatest strength and the most important part of the summer camp experience for the boys that come here. We are always seeking qualified staff members who are passionate about children, nature, and are eager to be part of a closely-knit community!

Staff: How to Apply

To apply for any position, please contact us at 800-818-8455, by e-mail, or regular mail. We occupy our winter office, right at camp, throughout the fall, winter, and spring, and we welcome the opportunity to answer any of your questions or concerns.

All of the positions listed are for SUMMER EMPLOYMENT ONLY.

If you are applying for a job, we'll need:

An application form. You can download one from our website using the links below. Of course we're happy to send you one through the mail. A resume is welcome, but not a substitute for the application.

Written references. Please ask at least three people to provide written references for you and have them mail the forms directly to Camp O-AT-KA at P.O. Box 239, Sebago, ME 04029. You may wish to provide each reference with a stamped, addressed envelope for their convenience.

Interview. You might travel here, or we may be in your area, or we may be able to arrange to have a camp person near you meet with you. In case we can not schedule a face-to-face interview, we will conduct a phone interview.
